Top quality matching 12 piece set of Dessert Eaters.
Very heavy guage solid Sterling Silver.
All pieces are hallmarked for Birmingham by Frederick Elkington 1868 - 1888.
Victoria head duty stamps. Date letter hard to read (scratched out ?)
\'W\' just visible (1870). Engraved decoration on all sides. Big ornate carved Mother of Pearl handles.
Intertwined monogram just visible.
All in an excellent original condition. Measure 8 1/4 inches and 4 3/4 inches.
64 grammes and 30 grammes each. Good quality fitted case from W. Greenwood and Sons, Huddersfield & Leeds (Old case, but probably later).
