Payments and Sales Tax...

While none of these methods guarantees delivery, both Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping provide an added level of protection / peace of mind in that if the mail piece is lost, the carrier has an idea of where to start looking for it.

I am a life-long collector of stamps; the son and grandson of men who were, among other endeavors, stamp collectors their entire lives as well. I am in the process of liquidating their combined collections consisting of Mint and Used singles, blocks, plate blocks, sheets, covers, postal history and First Day Covers.
