Please see close up images for actual colors and clarity. Gorgeous vintage signed still life oilpainting on canvas panel, of a beautiful serene winter scene. Condition is a good ( note perfect )with some distressing and paint loss on edges andcorners. Painting is generally clean, with some slight soiling on edges. Back is in goodcondition, showing some slight marks andsome wear.Overall size is11.75 inchesby16 inches. Painting is signed and she dated the painting to December 1963, on back.

Artist signed on front, Cusick. Artist is Ann Cusick of Rhode Island. Provenance of the scene, is this is Cumberland, Rhode Island. I also wrote provenance on back.

Cumberland Rhode Island was settled originally as part of Rehoboth, MA. Rehoboth, Massachusetts was purchased by the Plymouth Colony from the local Native Americans. The property was eventually transferred to Rhode Island and named in honor of Prince William, Duke of Cumberland.
