This sale is for a CROSS STITCH kit (you have to stitch it) called Fox Fur, it is a kit from the UK which is an adaption of Erte\'s work. We see a tall slender lady, head wrapped, sheath dress, holding her arms open to display the shawl of gold and black trimmed with fox. Her head is wrapped dramatically in a black turban. The kit is a Maia from the UK which really has a nice presentation of quality good. . includes 14 ct fabric, thread, needle & instructions. The post office RAISED 1ST CLASS MAIL RATES, BOTH DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL. THE DOMESTIC RAISE IS INSIGNIFICANT-BUT INTERNATIONAL IS SIGNIFICANT. FOR INTERNATIONAL MAIL, THE INCREASE IS SEEN ON WEIGHTS UNDER 12 OUNCES-AND ARE RATHER DRAMATIC-AND NOW VARIES BY COUNTRY-EX. TO MAIL A DIMENSIONS GOLD ANYWHERE LAST WEEK (JAN 25, 2013) WAS 10.09 NOW IT FOR it is 14.90 TO RUSSIA and, 14.30 to New Zealand-I\'m trying to keep it simple though and seeing how flat-rate will work. I almost always mail next day (sometimes same day) after payment is made, or paypal echeck cleared-again, if the post office doesn\'t scan it that day it doesn\'t mean I didn\'t mail it when I said I would. Once paid, it is no longer mine so I get it on it\'s way to you.

I am issuing an advisory to Russian ers-I am sorry that several packages have not made it to their new homes. I take items to the post office, have receipts but there is no insurance. I put religious stamps on packages to discourage theft (also to make people think religious items inside) but that is all I can do. You purchase at your own risk. 1st Class mail, does not have tracking or insurance. Priority Mail (2-3x\'s cost) has tracking but no insurance. Purchase at your own risk.

I will discount shipping on multiple wins and will hold items for 10 days to combine purchases. Buyer pays the full shipping on highest amount then 1/2 on everything else. If you fill a flat rate box- the total S&H is $14.00 no matter how much you buy, and I will cram it in there UNTIL it\'s filled-then we move on.... With the changes in the post office, however, you may get your items in separate shipments (I\'ll let you know)-the post office really is screwy. Will ship large orders abroad at actual shipping cost plus $2-6 depends how order size.
