Most items are shipped in 1-5 business days.
Fragrance Oils are made from blended natural and synthetic materials.
Most of our fragrance oils are safe for use in most body care products, and most of them (but not all!) are compatible with cold process soaps. Rate of usage varies from 0.05%-5% for most products, and up to 25% for some perfumes.
*Please note these are NOT all natural essential oils, which we do also carry. If you are interested in aromatherapy, please look at our therapeutic grade essential oils. If you need fragrances that last a long time and don\'t need them to be all natural, then fragrance oils are for you!
If you need another fragrance that is not listed here, please feel free to ask us. We are adding new fragrances all the time and do not always have time to keep listings up to date. Also, you may wish to send me an additional choice, as occasionally I do run out of a fragrance before I get the list updated. Thank you!

In order to keep our inventory fresh, it will sometimes take longer than our posted handling time for some items to go out.
We will do our best to notify you if we expect any delay.
Occasionally it may take 48 hrs or longer (if vacation settings are on) to send an updated invoice. Please be patient and request again if you do not get an invoice or answered question in reasonable time.
Weekends, holidays, and any days listed as vacation days in our settings, are NOT considered business days. We often do get things out the same or next day, especially if you ask us nicely. However, it could take up to a week or sometimes longer to ship your item, depending on many factors. We do not want to disappoint you. Please contact us BEFORE YOU SHOP if you are in a hurry or otherwise concerned about shipping time or product/packaging appearance, as these do vary.
We use stock photos that are not always of the actual product.
Due to the handmade nature of many of our products and our ever-evolving product line; packaging, labels, and product appearance may vary. Please contact us before you buy if you are concerned about the exact appearance, packaging, or estimated delivery time. Our bulk herbs and spices are plainly labeled for your convenience.

Also, First Class International does NOT come with any tracking information. The majority of packages we mail this way arrive in good time, however, only Priority International shipments will have tracking information, and only those we will replace or refund if something happens to them, even if it is beyond our control. Please choose the Priority Mail option and/or request an updated invoice if you want tracking information for International shipments.
