This is an un-packaged Franklin Mint Al Capone Cadillac complete with papers. Unfortunately in a move, the outer box was damaged and I no longer have it. It has never been taken out of the box - the handling gloves are still secured in the Styrofoam box! So it is marked used, but it has never been out of the Styrofoam box.
