The Imperial Coronation Egg is a jeweled Fabergé egg made under the supervision of the Russian jeweler Peter Carl Fabergé in 1897 by Fabergé ateliers.
The egg was made to commemorate the 1896 Coronation of Tsar Nicholas II. The valuable piece of Russian history was then presented as a gift to the Empress Alexandra Fyodorovna.
