Fabulous Antique 1809 Indenture Deed Lancaster County Pennsylvania:

This great old document is a deed for land in Lancaster County PA, Conestoga Township. It is dated 1809. It is signed by Christian and Joseph Herr. It is also signed by John Light and Thomas Crawford. It references an earlier deed from 1735. The deed measures about 28 3/4\" wide x 17 3/4\" high. It is done on parchment which is a nice yellowed color, which doesn\'t show too well in the photos. It is in good condition for being over 200 years old. There are 3 embossed seals although the stamps are not really clear as to an image. Please let me know if you have any questions. From a non-smoking home. Thank you.
