Fabulous Antique American Patchwork Quilt Red and White Stars Pattern:

An antique quilt which I believe to be of American origin, in red and white stars and hexagon pattern with white backing. There is quite a lot of wear in areas, where the fabric is worn through, on some of the stars and the edges. I have tried to show this in the photos. There are a few spots and light marks but overall it is good and clean.The backing fabric is a plain white colour, again with a few light marks. There is some fading to the red fabric in areas.Measures 74\" x 64\"In my opinion this is a fabulous antique textile ideally to be displayed or wall hung. The wear I think adds a texture and sense of history. Please study the photos carefully to understand the condition of this piece.
