response Please leave response as soon as you can. Its really important to me as a seller that you have had a good service and if nothing else it lets me know you've received your item. If you do have a problem with your item or the service you have received please contact me before leaving response and I am sure we can resolve it to everyones satisfaction. Returns I accept returns in all circumstances within 14 days. However the buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless my description of the item was clearly inaccurate or misleading. The buyer is also responsible for the safe return of any items. Items that are returned damaged will not be refunded. Damages in transit If your package arrives clearly damaged then you can choose one of following options 1. Sign for the package and accept it from which point the damage is yours and no insurance claim can be undertaken. 2. Refuse to sign for the package and request the delivery company to return to sender. 3. Ask to inspect the contents before signing. If OK sign and accept, if not request the delivery company to return to sender. Once you have signed and accepted the item no insurance claim can be made so make sure you are happy 1st! If an item is damaged and there is no obvious damage to the packaging I will replace or refund you at my discretion. A good idea is too take a time stamped photo of the packaging before opening and of the item immediately after opening if damaged.
