This is a 81 piece Fairfax by Durgin - Gorham sterling silver flatware set.

Durgin introduced the Fairfax pattern in 1910. Gorham began a lengthy acquisition of the William B. Durgin Co between 1905 and 1924.

All of these pieces are Fairfax. Some of them have Durgin Hallmarks. Some of them have Gorham hallmarks.

They are all monogrammed \"G\", except for the pastryserver and 12 egg/soup spoons thatshow no monograms.

The set is in good vintage condition with normal light scratches and a few nicks.

It shined up nicely, you can see reflections ofa ceiling chandelier in the pictures.

Estimating 17g for dinner knives, 15g for long dinner knives, and 12g for butter knives, 20g + 20g for the carving knife and fork.
