Q: Is it real gold?

A: Real 22k, 23k, or 24K gold is used in the plating process.

Q: Do you offer a shipping discount on multiple purchases?

A: Yes, we combine ship all items to help reduce the shipping charges.

Q: How long does it take to receive the items?

A: We always ship the very next business day after payment has been received and send email confirmation of such. The items are shipped from here in Thailand and the typical transit time to most places in the world is 2-3 weeks.

Q: Do you provide a tracking number?

A: Each package shipped has a registration number so the item can be tracked in most countries.

Q: Does the jewelry tarnish or loose it\'s luster over time?

A: We provide instructions for caring for the jewelry in each package mailed. The jewelry can become dull if exposed to salt water, perspiration, chemicals or if you wear it repeatedly while taking showers. We suggest that the jewelry be washed with warm water and dish soap to retain it\'s beautiful finish for years.

Q: What is the base metal?

A: Brass is the normal base metal used but silver is also used in some designs so please read the description carefully. We do not use nickel due to the allergic nature of this metal.

Q: Do you sell solid gold jewelry?

A: Yes, we sell solid 96.5% gold chains here and solid 18k gold earrings here

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: Many of our current customers are resellers and they usually make their purchases through our store and take advantage of our combined shipping discounts that we offer but we do not reduce the item price based on the quantity purchased as would be the case in wholesale buying.

At this time everything is shipped viaTHAI Post International from here in Bangkok. The approximate delivery time is 2-3 weeks from date shipped. We try to have all items shipped the very next day after payment has been confirmed through PayPal. Often, packages are delivered to United States addresses much sooner than even the stated time but please be patient since there can be delays due to Customs spot checks, weather issues or public holiday both in Thailand and in your country.

A single item is shipped via Thai International Airmail for the base rate of $4.75 to $6.75 based on the weight of the package and it\'s destination. Items purchased with FREE SHIPPING do not affect the shipping rate on multiple purchases. FREE SHIPPING only affects the one item. Multiple items are shipped according to the combined shipping rates.

Additional items won can be shipped together for the cost of only $1.95 each. It is beneficial to purchase more than one item! All items eligible for reduced shipping must be purchased within a 7-day period and paid through one invoice. Please wait for our invoice so we can make the price adjustment. If you pay for items separately we can not offer the combined shipping discount to you. Shipping from Thailand is more expensive than from the United States but we try to keep the price of shipping and packaging to a minimum.
