Made of celluloid plastic with sterling silver overlay scrollwork and header that reads Feb. 5, 1896. Has two adjustable center dials that move numbers. 0-9. \"Games\" and \"Points\" etched in the celluloid. Made by F&B as marked, marked Sterling, marked 396. From the estate of a gaming collector.
