All original and as found except for the piece that holds the straps in place (center of the second to last picture). I took this one from a early 20th C sewing table and it really does the trick. The 2 piecetiger maple top would really pop with a coat of wax, but decided to leave as found in original dry finish. The top has cracks as shown. The tapered legs are extremely slender and are not too strait. Very solid table when set up with no wobble. Would estimate the age around the Mid-later 19th C. The top is slightly bowed and is 25.5 inches high. The top is about 18.5 by 36 inches. The top is Tiger maple, secondary wood is ash. Not sure about the legs, perhaps cherry.

The mechanics of keeping the folding legs in place is as follows: There are 2 wire pieces (shown loose in picture 2) that are to be wedged between the top and the straps, thereby holding them in place(pictures 9 and 10). Works perfectly.
