I would guess this mannequin head to be made in the 1990s to look like a 1920s mannequin head, and she looks GREAT!This mannequin is crafted from a lightweight plastic composite. Her features are hand painted with a brush, not air-brushed, and her makeup is really lovely. Her hair is slightly molded, so she could wear a wig if needed, or not. Looks great with just a hat.
