I\'m the original owner of this 1976 Mark 1 Fender RhodesStage Piano played only in my home for the past 30 years; very good to excellent condition; all 73 keys look and sound niceand function well.All original legs, leg brackets, sustain pedal, sustain bar. I used itat gigsfora few years,so there\'s minor wear and scratcheson the outer case and plastic cover. Some small tears on the outer tolexcoverwere repaired last year.Added valuefeatures:a rare original Owner\'s Manual with serial numbersticker, andcustom machinist-built metal extenders on the rear legs thatallow for height adjustment, a featureunique to this Rhodes.I\'llship it within the continental U.S. with padding at the corners, padding around legs and sustain within the case; all wrapped inheavy movers-grade cardboard; thisadds some weight,dimensions and cost, but should protect it very wellduring shipping.Owner\'s Manual will be in bubble wrap under theplastic coveron the sound board.No keyboard can simulate the sound and feel of a classic Rhodes!
