This is from my wife\'s collection that she has decided to sell so she has displayed it, however, there are no chips, cracks, or repairs other than what I am noting below.I have noticed and shown in a picture that when Fenton CUT the shade, there is little chip marks which are inside the rim and not on the outside.This is caused by the unevenness of the glass due to the Opalescent STRIKE to the glass then trying to cut the shade off it\'s stem. I also see there area few flea bites...maybe 5 or so on the outside of the rim caused from taking the shade off and putting it back. This is not uncommon for a Fenton shade to have this type of damage. Sorry,wedo NOT havethe original box.

As noted this piece was one of the samples that JK Spindler would have done for Fenton. She would have done one for each one of the show room floors as well as doing a few for her decorators to copy. How many did she do? I would guess about 10 before she would have moved on to other projects.

Now retired from 2002, it appears thatit was inthe Fenton line for just one year and then retired. That was in 2002. It stands about 19 inches tall without the chimney in place or 21-3/4 inches tall with it in place. It is also about 8 inches wide.

Item will have my initials in pencil or wax marker(it is easily removed) on it & clear mailing label over it to protect it from being rubbed off. If this item is NOT as described, it may be returned at your expense as long as my initials and label are still intact. You must ship the item back to me USPO Insured. Upon receipt of the return, I will issue a check or credit (depending on how it was paid for) for the amount of the offer price only. If on the other hand, the item arrives broken, you are responsible for returning it to the PO. to have a claim made. I will issue a refund or a replacement once I have the claim form in my hands and not before. I must be notified with 48 hours of receipt of intent to return or that the item is damaged.
