Payment is expected within a 5 day time frame from the time an invoice is sent to you. We understand things come up and we can wait for payment. We are happy to ship your package anywhere in the U.S. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam with no problem. Please remember Priority and First class mail are best. Parcel post can take Months and Priority is a week :)
