Our extended 30-day trial & return period gives you plenty of time to test and evaluate your purchase thoroughly. If you feel that you are not completely satisfied with your instrument, please return it for a refund. In the case of a return please inform us within 30 days of receipt of your instrument by email, fax or phone that you will be returning your purchase. We will gladly help with packing and shipping instructions.
Corilon will refund the full purchase price
Corilon Violins does not charge any restocking fee. We will refund 100% of the purchase price after having received the returned instrument in exactly the same condition as when we originally sold it. Your payment will be refunded within two weeks of receipt, depending on the method of payment you chose. We will inform you via email when we have received your shipment; incoming packages are processed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will be reimbursed via the method you chose for your payment. Return shipments must be received no later than 45 days after receipt.
