Description

A superb 19th century scent bottle casket by TAHAN.

Engraved on the brass lock on the inside of the casket: \"TAHAN FR DE L\'EMPEREUR\"

Complete with original three gilt glass scent bottles, and key.

Black painted wooden casket, with superb brass boulle work and vacant cartouche on the top. With brass mounts and fine silk lined interior.

A stunning piece for any bottle with two cracks and minor chips, and one other with stuck stopper and minor chips (with contents). Light paint wear. Minor scratches and surface wear (one small dent to the front).

Returns

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we provide customers with the right to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. You must notify us your intention to do so within this period. Items must be returned in the same state and condition as they were sold in. We recommend you return items using an insured and traceable service, as any liability for loss or damage in transit will be held by the sender. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. Once the item has been returned, the original purchase price excluding shipping cost will be refunded.
