EUREKA ANTWERP ANTIQUESMarvellous Art Nouveau WMF pewter silver plate jewel box dating from around c1900/10 and made by WMF (Wurttembergiche Metallwarenfabrik). An absolute nice pair, decorated with female heads; look at my pictures, these will tell much more than my description. This piece is in the condition as depicted which is good, but not perfect, no repairs or cracks. I did not clean it, so I don’t know how much wear there will be on the silver plate, but personally I prefer it this way. The box also don’t stays always 100% closed, by moments you must really click it to close it, not important, but I must mention this. This wine bottle holder are about 3 ¼” (12,5cm) wide. An absolute very nice pieces for WMF collectors.Important information to buyers! I have received more than one e-mail from winners stating that the items which they have purchased from my sales are much more beautiful in real life than depicted in the pictures.
