FINE IRISH DRESDEN PORCELAIN LACE FIGURINE By MULLER - VOLKSTEDT

features abeautiful young lady in a gorgeous 19th Century white & blue dress embellished with prodigious amount
of fine Dresden Lace and hand - sculpted & hand - painted applied flowers. She is sitting on the chair and reading a book.

The figurine is set upon a Rococo base characteristic of genuine Irish Dresden pieces
and has Anton Muller\'s original stamp trademark:Crownover the letters M V for Muller - Volkstedt pic.11 .

Attributed back to the early 1950\'s - 1960\'s.

The statue is masterfully done with superb modeling and great attention given to details on the faces, hands, lace, dress, relief flowers !

Measurements approximately:
6\" - tall
6\" x 4 3/4\" - in the bottom

Any yellowish shade is result of camera and light reflection, the blue & white colors are clear
without any additional yellowing.

Condition: remains inexcellent perfect condition for the edge with a fewtypical for Dresden lace
minor breaks to the lace, not so noticeable, all fingers and all flowers are present, please, refer to the pictures.....
we did not find any chips, cracks orrepairs.. except of noted above small breaks to the lace.
