Here we have aquite exceptionaland quite lovelysolid silverteapotofexcellent gauge and weight for its size.Hallmarksaredeep and clear,fully marked toside ofbodyand tolid.

Assayed inSheffield anddated 1931 (year letter o).MakersareMappin&Webb.Stamped to base likewise.

This lovely item is in itself awonderfulpiece of grandGeorge Vsilver.

Thediameter of the pot isverylarge at10.375 inches and its height6 inches.

Thislovelypotisofexceptional quality andis a mostdelightfulpiece oftable silver.

It isunengravedand always has been(refer to images).

Itsweightisasublime769 grams (24.73 troy ounces) and the overall condition isvery good indeed apart from the odd tiny ding.There is no way that i could merit scrapping it despite the high metal price and it still has plenty of life left in it yet.All it needs is to be used!

One of the nicest pots i have had in a long,long time.

All in all areally good antiquelarge sized pot to grace any home.
