This sale is for a simply wonderful antique Chinese porcelain bowl. Decorated in enamels, with a single peach in the interior centre, and bamboo on the exterior, with two panels of Chinese writing that appear to be signed. If you know what they say, please share it with us.
Excellentprovenance. Formerly in the collection ofJan Erik Nilsson, who needs no introduction in the world of Chinese porcelain - he is the author and owner of the web site gotheborg.com which is devoted to the study antique Chinese porcelains. It was purchased from Jan-Erik Nilsson by Dr. Joseph Nearing, who created the Dragon\'s Lair Collection of Chinese Antiques. It was purchased from Dr. Nearing\'s estate after his death in 2012, and is offered here today on by sale to the highest buyer.
It is about 9 cm in diameter.
It weighs about 63 grams.
It is in excellent condition, just as it was made, no chips, no cracks and no repairs. Please examine the attached pictures to see for yourself.

Its a wonderful antique example of fine Chinese porcelain.
