A very old, estate-found silver spice tower. Stands 9 1/2" tall. Features a rotating flag up top, another flag half way down, filigree box with opening door and two bells (2 are missing). Stamped 902 84 with a bird hallmark,. I believe this besamim is Russian. Some minor denting on the collar below the tower and base is slightly askew but overall in good condition considering its age.
