We are offering for sale a fine quality Georgian period silver quart tankard.

This large drinking vessel will hold a massive 2 pints+ of beer and has a good, sturdy feel to it. It has a hinged flat cover and is decorated in the can style that was popular at the start of the 19th century. The detail to the chair-back style thumbpiece and the top of the handle is of the highest quality.

This tankard benefits from having no personalised engravings and is in excellent condition throughout. A perfect way to drink your finest ale!
