The sale:
This is a COMPLETE basic set of 8 pairs (16 stamps) FVF and MNH. It contains 37c Flag stamps with Scott numbers 3622 to 3633B. The definitive stamps are multicolored with 8 different perforation gauges.
Terry W. McCaffrey designed the patriotic coil stamps. They were printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), APC for Sennett Security Products (SSP), Banknote Corporation of America (BCA), and Ashton-Potter USA (APU). Thirty Seven cents paid the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from June 2002 into Jan. 2006.
Several of the varieties are condition sensitive perhaps because of their quick printing and release. The 3622 BEP coils have particularly awful centering. The image is representative.
The regular issue 2005 date variety is scarce and appeared the tail end of this massive series. Relatively few were put away by dealers. Under stocking can occur with varieties that are printed later in an issue because they can be taken off sale before we obtain them.
Several variations in prephosphored paper coating exist. Values and minor numbers have been removed from the catalogue and are not included. The tagging varieties are sold separately when available. This set compliments our other complete pair sets.

We ship Internationally but not to every country in the world. Please verify postage rates before purchasing. Large International orders will be shipped via US Registered Mail at current rates. Please understand that Registered International mail might take as long as a month to deliver after we have posted it and patience is appreciated.
We always ship at earliest convenience. This means that a mail-run may occur multiple times a day. We have no control over the speed of mail, but have found the USPS to be very reliable. We strive to be competitive in all aspects of the market. If for any reason you are unhappy we hope that you will contact us for quick resolution.
Regarding response:
response is left following the conclusion of each transaction. response is not left immediately because the transaction is not over until you have your stamps and we know that all is well. The fastest way to receive response is to leave it for us and we should soon respond in turn.
We always leave response for each positive transaction. There is never a need to ask us. We never send messages to customers asking for response but hope that they will choose to leave a positive.
We would rather work things out but reserve the right to refuse service to anybody at any time. Stamp collectors as a whole are very honest people. A few bad apples attempt to manipulate the system for personal gain or other reasons. These parties are blocked. We politely ask blocked buyers not to contact us.
