Description:

This listing is for a Russian type Hand Carved Wood Folk Art item. Featuring 2 Horses pulling a Sleigh with 2 Russian men standing in the back. This is a signed piece by the artist F H Cardelli. This measures about 8 1/2\" long, 2\" wide and 4\" tall. This is unpainted wood. The part, I think it is a yoke, has broken,see pics.  The string reins were threaded through this yoke. It appears to be easily repaired.This was pre-owned and displayed. This primitive Folk Art piece has much character. It is very lightweight wood.  It will need to be thoroughly cleaned.

This item was acquired by a private client who is downsizing his MANY collections. I do not know the origin or story of this item. It has been in storage.
