FOR SALE, 1963 GALAXIE 500 XL CONVERTIBLE, 406ci ENGINE, TRI-POWER (3two barrel carbs), 4-SPEED.. 86,969 MILES.. THIS CAR HAD BEEN SITTING FOR SEVERAL YEARS IN A GUYS SHOP IN NORTH CAROLINA,A RESTORATION WAS STARTED,CAR WAS PAINTED(still looks great),SOME CHROME REPLACED(bumpers ,sidemoldings ,etc.all still looks great), THEN IT SAT THERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS.. THE CAR WAS BROUGHT OUT ABOUT A YR or so AGO and CLEANED UP A LITTLE ,GOT IT RUNNING (replaced some hoses,plugs,wires,new gas tank,etc)I HAVE ONLY DRIVIN THIS CAR VERY LITTLE in PAST YEAR,STILL NEEDS TWEEKING ON,, THERE is PLAY IN STEERING BOX,BRAKES NEEDSOME WORK ,ETC.. THE INTERIOR LOOKS TO BE 100% ORIGINAL but SHOWING ITS AGE and NEEDS RESTORING. THE WHITE CONVT TOP LOOKS GOOD (no tears or holes,just dirty). FLOOR PANS,TRUNK PANSand FRAME LOOK ORIGINAL and SOLID .THERE are LOTS of PARTS in THE TRUNK,SOME OLD ORIGINAL STUFF,and SOME NEW STUFF.. THIS GALAXIE HASan NCDMV STATE ASSIGNED # ON THE FIREWALL. WHEN THE LAST OWNER WENT TO REGISTER THE CAR IN HIS NAME THERE WAS A TYPO IN THE VIN# ON TITLE, NCDMV WOULD NOT CORRECT IT, SO AN INSPECTOR CAME OUT AND TOOK ORIG VIN OFF AND PUT THERES ON.. BUT NOT MY DOING.. IT IS WHAT IT IS NOW.. I HAVE CLEAR TITLE in HAND!

CONVERTIBLE! 4 SPEED! and A GOOD SLICK STRAIGHT BODY to BOOT! and it won\'t take much to finish this galaxie!! and I DO have a TITLE! THAT\'S GOTA BE WORTH SOMETHING..
