The below text is to inform the buyer of what to expect and my expectations. As most sellers and buyers, I\'ve had some odd experiences with the general public. The below is added to the sale to circumvent issues that might occur.
A bit about your merchant:
I\'m really not a professional seller, although with the amount of items I\'ve been selling, one could say that I am. I am more of a buyer on than a seller. What you see listed in my sales or Buy-it-Now listings are actually personal items of mine, a family member or in some cases a friend. Many of these items I don\'t need to part with, but they haven\'t received much use by me or the person that owns them. For example: I have been asked to exchange an item for one smaller. Unless indicated, I do not own a duplicates in different sizes, etc.
I have inherited numerous amounts of items, mostly antiques and vintage items. I\'ve been collecting myself since the early to mid 1990s. As we are putting the house on the market, I am trying to reduce the items in the house prior to \"staging\" the house.
My Philosophy:
As I purchase on , too I always pay immediately for an item or I contact the seller about when payment can be made. I believe that this is ethical. I take full and total responsibility for items that I don\'t list correctly. I gladly accept responsibility for my sales. I guarantee that all designer items are authentic. is meant to be fun for the buyer, not stressful. Please don\'t worry, if it\'s my mistake, I\'ll make it right. I\'ve purchased an items that was clearly NOT a particular designer and the seller made me feel as if it was somehow my fault. I won\'t do that to a buyer.
Returns:
I must be in receipt of return items within 14 calendar days of the buyer\'s receipt. I cannot accept returns should it make it to my house later (that\'s actually an policy to receive fees back).
Any mistakes are I might make are purely accident. I\'m only human and it happens. I don\'t want to keep paying for dispatch and messing about with returns. I want the item to happily stay in the new owner\'s possession. So I try to be as complete and thorough as possible.
I accept returns on these conditions: If the buyer believes the item is no authentic. If I missed a flaw and I did not mention that there might be other flaws. If I accidentally misrepresented an item; size, color etc.Terms of Sale:

If you would like an item and you need longer than 2 days after the close of the sale, please contact me PRIOR TO offerDING OR BUYING and I am more than willing to work with you. However, you must give me a rough date as to when payment will be made.
Payment is expected within 2 days of the close of sale, per policies.If payment is not made in that time period, a non-paying buyer report will be filed with . If an individual has too many of these, other sellers will not accept that person\'s offers/buys.
Dispatch:
Dispatch will occur within 24 hours of payment, unless I indicate to you otherwise. Unless indicated I only dispatch to the upper 48 states, regardless of where one has there address listed on . The buyer\'s address must be correct in the system prior to dispatch. If it is not, please don\'t send me an email and ask me to dispatch it to another address. Please change it in the system. I am not protected by should I send it to an non-listed address and after 2 days an Resolution will be filed. The cost of dispatch includes the commissions that I am charged by /Paypal for dispatch (roughly 12%). That is part of the \"handling\" fee in the dispatch. I don\'t mind paying for commissions on the item, nor do I mind paying for the packing materials. That is NOT included in the cost of dispatch.
Pick-up:
In rare cases I will allow local pick-up. The item must be paid for within 2 days of the close of sale unless an agreement is made. I will cannot schedule a pick-up unless the item is paid for.
