Up for sale is a completed, hand crafted and framed Needlepoint Picture. It is a lovely rendering of a lobster fishing shack with all the buoys hanging outside. Also pictures are two cats lounging on the porch and on the step. It is just charming!

It has a lovely federal blue/gray mat with white inner border which really makes the colors in this pop! There is a simple wooden frame. The needlepoint which measures 15 x 19. The fabric is stretched and mounted (stapled) onto plywood backing which is thenattached on the back to the frame.

This is from the JCA Needle Treasures Collection. There is no tag on the back as to the kit number or kit title.

Have not found this particular needlepoint anywhere on the internet and since the company is no longer making these kits, finding this in the future is pretty slim.

This picture was likely used as a model to a needpoint kit which would have been on display in a store to show the prospective buyers how the item will look when finished. I was able to acquire quite a few of them; some were just matted and others framed.

I learned recently that the name on many of these finished pieces identified the company as JCA Inc. (Johnson Creative Arts) with an address in Massachusettes. They evidently ceased operations and will not be making/distributing anymore needlecraft kits. These finished piece from kits are already hard to find and will only be offered occasionally perhaps on the internet. Per the JCA website:
