He was an author, a composer, and one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence as a delegate from NJ. Born: Sep. 21, 1737, Philadelphia, PA; Died: May 9, 1791, Philadelphia, PA. The approximate 4 1/4 x 6 inch card is in good condition, perforated on one side, with wear on the corners.
