Original publisher\'s blue pictorial cloth gilt. 350 pages, plus 8 pages of publisher\'s adverts, plus 8 full page illustrations, all present and correct. Original chocolate brown endpapers. Some wear and bumping to extremities, some rubbing to boards (see pictures). Front hinge cracked, but binding sound and square. Signature of C W Giffard to front free endpaper.
