This gorgeous plate was designed by Japanese artist Naoka Nobata forFranklin Mint. It is a part of a series of twelve \"Birds and Flowers of the Orient\" plates, one for each month of the year. Eachporcelainplate has wonderful detail, vivid colors, and features a 24K gold rim. The plates were releasedin 1979 as single issue limited signature editions. They are signed with the artist\'s personal hanko (seal) on the back along with the Franklin mint logo.

This plate, \"Hondo Nuthatch and Maple\", was theNovember issue.

The plate measures approximately 10.25\" across. It is inexcellent previously displayed condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches. NO original box or COA.
