For your consideration is a Set of 12 Collector\'s Hunting and Fishing Knives.
Franklin Mint 1989 Sportsman Hunting and Fishing Knife Collection. This is what I have found. Complete Set of 12:
Caribou is made of Brass and Wood marked Solingen Germany; Grizzly Bear is made of Brass and Rosewood marked Spain; Whitetail Deer, Brass and Silver, marked Solingen West Germany; Largemouth Bass, Nickel Silver and Ivory Micarta, Solingen Germany; Bighorn Sheep, Damascus Pattern Blade, Ivory Micarta and Silver Electroplated Guard and Butt, marked Solingen West Germany; Canada Geese Small, Nickel Silver and Buffalo Horn, marked Solingen Germany; Canada Geese Large, Nickel Silver and Wood, Marked Solingen Germany; Ruffed Grouse, Brass and Pewter, Solingen Germany; Moose, Brass and Rosewood, Solingen Germany; Ringneck Pheasants, Nickel Silver and Gold plate inlay, Solingen Germany; Northern Pike, Nickel Silver and Wood, Solingen Germany, Rainbow Trout, Brass and Stag, Solingen Germany. All marked with FM, held with magnet in beautiful glass case that can rest on table or hung on wall. Case measures 27\" X 21\" X 3 1/2\"This Knife Set is an estate find and doesn\'t have the paperwork. The Canada Geese small has a chip on handle in back, there are fingerprints, cannot rub off the prints on Canada Geese Large Knife, some tarnish, case has some scratches, some scratches due to magnets. There is talk of Boker making this set for Franklin Mint, but nothing is in writing. You can research this information.
