This is a Franklin Mint Bronze Medallion with the Star of David and an Oil lamp. A friend told me about the words in Hebrew:

The medallion is encased in plastic and I think the scratches are on the plastic. The photo\'s were taken through the plastic. Even though it is highly reflective, please let the pictures tell you the condition of this medallion.
