Franklin Mint Fort Sumter mechanical Civil War bank. This bank is in excellent condition and has Franklin Mint COA and collectors booklet. The bank works as well as it did when new, which means the coin doesn\'t always hit the target (this is not unique to this bank, Franklin needed to put in a stronger spring). The coin will hit though, and when it does the US Flag is lowered and the Yankees surrender. This bank is hand painted and is a very nice display piece..
