It was destiny that crowned her Princess of Wales, but it was her own enduring spirit and compassion that crowned her Queen of Hearts. Though she is gone, she is in our hearts.

Now, The Franklin Mint presents a historic collecting opportunity . . . A celebration of her legendary beauty and style.

The Diana "Princess of Elegance" doll is approximately 17 inches tall, she is expertly crafted and hand-painted in fine porcelain, wearing an authentic replica of the dazzling gown she wore on several occasions in the late 1980\'s to a renowned film festival and to an opening of a Broadway play . This strapless, blue chiffon dress was one of the gowns Princess Diana donated to Christie\'s for a charity sale.

She wears a spectacular suite of jewelry, consisting of bracelet, earrings, and ring, crafted with sparkling faux sapphires and Austrian crystals. She carries a silver lame\' purse.

Diana looks as though she has never been removed from her box, she comes with her paperwork........ She is very Beautiful, very life like. Her box is in fantastic condition, it just has a couple of very faint marks on the back and some light ones on the clear window where the inside of the lid has rubbed against it, her box has minimal wear.......please take the time to view the photos supplied for a better idea.

Her jewellery was not sitting right in the holder so I placed it back as I should but as soon as I stand the box up it falls out again.

Payment

Will you be paying by PAY PAL ?

Please note: If you are paying through PAY PAL your item/s MUST be sent with signature on delivery.

If $15 or more they also must have full insurance coverage .

Tracking, signature on delivery and insurance cost is not reflected on your postage sticker from Australia Post.

If the total of your item/s won are under $15 and are paid by bank direct deposit, you have the option of having your item/s being sent by regular post within Australia.

Refunds are not issued for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Insurance must be selected for this cover as the claim is to be made via Australia Post or the freight company.

Please Note: If your Parcel is sent by regular post it will be labelled :(Do Not Safe drop)

Unless the listing requires immediate payment, payment is due within 3 days, if we have not received payment for the item/s on the 4th day a payment not received report will automatically open and all unpaid items will be re listed, if you require a little longer please contact us prior to offerding/ buying so we can try and work something out.

Shipping

No profit is made from postage.

We gladly refund the difference if we overcharge. If we do not refund at the time of sending, please send us a friendly reminder when you receive your item.

We gladly combine postage to give you the best possible deal.

We do not charge a handling fee.

We have over 20 years experience in packing, so you can be at peace of mind your item/s will be packaged carefully.

If no one is at home when Australia Post attempt delivery they should leave a card in your letter box to notify you the parcel is at the post office waiting to be picked up. Please keep an eye out for this card, Australia Post should not take any longer than 4 business days for delivery.

If an item is damaged in shipment, the customer agrees to go through the insurance claim process with their post office in their Country.

Signature on delivery has replaced Registered Post as of April 2013, this is required and added to most of my listings over $15.00, the current cost for this is $2.95. This does not insure your item/s. Insurance is an extra $1.50 will give you $100 coverage and is an extra $1.50 per $100 bracket there after.

Please keep in mind these costs are not reflected on your postage cost sticker. International Insurance is more.

Australian residents: If you would like your item/s sent by Express post, please note that not all areas are subject to next day delivery so please check with Australia Post first, my postcode is 5091.

All items are posted within 1-2 business days once we have received full payment.

We are not set up for pick ups, so please do not ask us to make an exception.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: International buyers are responsible for all Import Taxes and Duties that may be charged upon arrival of your package. The Customs regulations vary from country to country and we can not provide estimates. If you havequestions, please contact your local customs office.

Terms of Sale

Please Note: All vintage dolls are sold strictly as collectors items as all materials age over time, not just with dolls.For Example some materials become fragile to handle, hair bands or internal bands may deteriorate, this makes vintage dolls not really suitable for children to play with and also they may not reach todays safety standards. I sell dolls for collectors to display, however what you do with your doll is ultimately up to you.

All payments are to be in Australian currency

There is No Pick Up Service available unless it states you can pick it up in the beginning of the Description Section, so please don\'t ask us to make an exception.

If an item is lost or damaged in shipment, the customer agrees to file a claim with Australia Post or the freight/ transport company that delivered the item/s .

All sales are final, it is the buyers responsibility to read the description, view the photos supplied and all terms set out within the sale.

Items are described honestly and to the best of my ability, I am not experienced in all areas therefore if there is something of importance that has not been mentioned it is up to you to ask, this will avoid any dissappointment and another positive experience for all of us.

If you offer and win or if you buy an item, you are agreeing to all the terms applicable, you are legally obligated to pay for the item/s you have purchased or won. You cannot simply change your mind.

We do not cancel sales so offer/buy responsibly.

If on a Rare circumstance I agree to cancel a sale there will be a re stocking/ handling fee of $2.00.

When you win an sale you enter into a legal binding contract to pay for that item with in the specified time, you cannot simply change your mind.

If we have not received payment for the item by the 3rd day , unpaid item reports are opened through , so if you think you may have difficulty in paying, do not offer or purchase, we do not want to have to resort to opening an unpaid dispute. All vintage, Antiques and collectibles are sold as is, no returns, this includes new in box vintage items.

We generally supply a lot of photos showing the item form all angles, we note any flaws we are aware of and photograph them if possible. Photos play are large part of the description of an item also, so please view all the photos supplied.
