This item was purchased at a closing of the Franklin Mint archives. Pretty much every sample ofwhat Franklin Mint produced was stored there. These were not the customerreturns, but new open products with some shelf wear and nearly all with no packaging.Some were explicitly market as PQS (Production Quality Sample). Some where one of a kind items, others Artist proof or or prototype,
