This facility had many of their pre-production, prototypes, PQS (product quality sample), FPAs (First Product Approvals) , and early work ups of future products up for sale earlier this year. This item was purchased directly from the Franklin Mint storage facility in southEastern Pennsylvania.

This item has no certificate since it\'s a First production sample, it does have the hang tag, gloves, and artist tool which comes as Pictured.

THE PRODUCT DOES COME WITH THE GREEN FRANKLIN MINT QUALITY SAMPLE STICKER ON THE OUT SIDE OF BOX AS PICTURED.
