Delivery:

All items are dispatched where customer can track the item\'s progress. A signature is essential before an item will be delivered. We will never instruct a courier to deliver to another address, other than the address it is to be sent to. Most couriers deliver Monday through Friday during business hours only. If the courier has been unable to deliver, a card will be left for you to rearrange delivery.

Damaged items:

In the rare event that an item encounters damage during transport, it is essential that we are notified within 24 hours from receipt. Claims notified after 24 hours may not be honored.It is essential that you note on the courier\'s paperwork any damaged cartons and they need to be kept for later inspection. Timing is crucial on this matter.

International sales:

We recommend buyers familiarize themselves with customs, duties, and all other charges that their respective country may charge on their purchase. The buyer is responsible for these charges if applicable.

Returns:

It is the buyers responsibility to cover all freight charges. We will refund the item\'s cost, but not freight.
