This is a beautiful French gilt-metal wall mount clock. The watchmaker is Farcot, Paris, crafted in the mid to late 19th century with an eight-day movement and surprising multi-colored foliate enamel work. Clock movement is in working condition and comes with original key and pendulum. Farcot\'s makers mark is stamped on movement. No chips or scratches to glass or enamel. No broken or missing pieces on any metal elements. This timepiece is in original condition and has not been cleaned. body measures 15\" x 11\" c 4\". Suspends 21 \" from chain to bottom finial. Weighs 5lbs. The enamel work and bronze? accoutrements are far more attractive in person than the photos can attest.
