Great French Early 19th CenturyPatinated Bronze and Spelter and Gilded Bronze FiguralMantel Clock with Angel and a Child, with Silk Suspension Movement, in Superb Condition

Outstanding condition first half of 19th century clock with figures of an angel and a child. The condition of this clockis superb. Bottom part of the clock is bronze, top part is bronzed and lacqueredspelter. The silk thread suspension movementis fairly clean, strikes perfectly and runs well.Porcelain hand painted dial has two very faint hairlines, barely noticeable. Pendulum and bellwere removed to take a better picture of the movement, butboth areincluded with the clock (I will include a key, as well). Pictures speak for themselves, but do let me know if you have any additional questions. The clock measures 11\" high and 15\" wide.

All antique pendulum based clocks require at least a minimal expertise to balance correctly to make them run - please keep this in mind when buying.
