19th Century french four glass carriage clock by R & Co, Paris. Excellent original condition, all the beveled glass is mark free and no damage to the casing. Came from a recent estate sale, the brass finish is tarnished but have left as found for the new owner, the finish on the inside is amazing viewed from the side windows.
Keeps good time and works perfectly, I haveseen a similar clock with identical movement make £1800 at an sale house, unsure of value but welcome comments and offers.........
Measures 10.5 cm high (not including the handle) 7.5cm wide x 6cm deep, weighs just under 1Kg, quite heavy for its size, the key is missing; was working and keeping time when we acquired the clock, it has now stopped.
