This is a Magnificent French Cubist Robert LALLEMANT Pottery Box RARE Museum Quality, ca 1920. Robert Lallemant (1902-1954) was an avant-garde French ceramicist and furniture designer working in Paris in the 1920\'s -1930\'s. He was greatly influenced by geometric cubist forms. Many of his ceramic designs were based on traditional French themes, such as folk songs. This particular hand painted box, signed by the artist. Measures:12 cm high by 10 cm square. A RARE MUSEUM ITEM!
