POSTAGE INFORMATION PLEASE READ. From 3/9/13 have introduced a 10% charge in selling fees for all postage costs, this means postage costs as determined by Royal Mail will have to be increased by 10% to cover this cost. ROYAL MAIL INCREASE 31/3/16 The main increase is due to a 2 size box introduction.My prices quoted will reflect these changes, please enquire if you need clarification. The service I offer for the UK and Europe is Recorded Delivery due to items being claimed lost and unable to track. The cost of this I will try and keep to minimum by using the appropriate box size. I will send 1st class as items seem to take a lot longer than specified with 2nd class, please request 2nd class if required.The cost for Europe is Air Mail + £5.00.I am sorry to have to add this cost as it is due to a few buyers claiming items not received and submitting a claim through Paypal who will not recognise postage proof unless it is signed for. The postal service used in the event of an item being lost or damaged wont refund the postage unless it is signed for. As signed for is used for the UK and Europe postal costs are covered.For the rest of the World the service offered is Air Mail or Surface Mail to keep costs reasonable therefore if the item is lost or damaged only the cost of the item can be refunded. Signed for postage is an extra £5.00 and if this is required please request this or the above terms will apply. Please also consider the cost of packing materials when reviewing postage costs. All items that sell for more than £20 will have to have insurance added to postage to protect it as £20.00 is the limit of the normal service. This is an additional £2.50 for cover up to £250.I will add this to the invoice, do no pay for items over the £20.00 until you receive the invoice with added insurance. The above is for all our protection. \"LOST or MISSING POST\" Within the UK. Royal Mail aim to deliver the service I offer in 1-2 days.However they state that items are not considered lost until 15 working days after the date of posting. Outside the UK Depending where you are in the world , parcels should be delivered within 10 working days some areas less.For these areas Royal Mail state on their website they dont consider items lost until 25 working days (5 working weeks) have passed. for all the areas mentioned we have to wait until this time stated has elapsed( just in case it is delivered)before we can instigate a claim for the lost package. You can request SURFACE MAIL to try and help with the cost of postage for items posted overseas.Please note if using this service items can take up to 8 weeks to arrive and must be sent international signed for with tracking at the additional cost of £5.00 to comply with Paypal regulations for sellers protection due to delivery timescale and claims being made and paid out before the delivery timescale has past due to tracking info not being available.
