Matches the one on civil war Deneral Nathanial Banks campaign hat from the 1860s as well as the one on General Leonard Woods campaign hat from 1898. Deep rich gold color and perfect condition! VERY hard to find item if you collect hat cords or campaign hats. Impossible to upgrade.
