GENTLY USED Vintage All Cotton Hand Sewn TRIPLE IRISH CHAIN Red White Blue QUILT:

This is a vintage quilt, but not very old; the fabrics are all 100% cotton and the batting is also cotton (we spied it by looking inside one of the binding busted seams that join the backing with the binding).
It has set by hand (check close-up # 8) and quilted by hand following the edge of the square swatches, but in the pattern known as feathered circle.
The quilt is in very good used condition, either lightly used or very carefully used. It has been washed, we are certain, as the cottons are not stiffed as they are when new, but the previous owners took good care of it and kept in good shape.
It is a thin quilt: the cotton batting is just a layer, not much inside the quilt. Even so, because of its size, this bedspread weighs 4 1/4 lbs un-boxed.
It measures approximately 93\" by 77\" across; the bed is a queen, 80\" by 60\".
