Thanks for looking. You\'re offerding on a George H. W. Bush bookplate. This was ordered from President Bush \'s Library. It has the Presidential Library Seal on the back, untampered. I was in email correspondence with Bicker Cain III obtaining this signature, I was told he signs fewer bookplates now because of his health. As you can tell by the signature here.
