I have up for offer this beautiful example of George Shiebler\'s work. A sterling silver Statue of Liberty NY handle souvenir spoon circa 1891. This spoon is5 3/4 inches long and weighs 38 grams. The torch of the handle goes into the bowl. \"Excelsior\" is at the base of the handle. The tablet Lady Liberty is holding has July 1776 on it. The bowl has New York, beavers and other markings. The handle also has an American Eagle on it. This piece has no monogram. This spoon is in very good condition and is nicely tarnished.
